We will bill to insurance only if they are a participating provider, however it is your responsibility to verify if we are in network with your specific insurance plan. If for any reason your insurance company denies claims on your behalf it will be your responsibility to pay the office in full.

A year ago, I looked like I was tired and angry all the time because of my deep frown lines and the puffy bags under my eyes. There was no way for me to apply eye shadow because of all the loose skin on my upper eyelids. My jowls made me look old and out-of-shape even though my weight was (and is) normal and I go to the gym six days a week. It was so frustrating to try to look good. I found myself trying to avoid catching sight of myself in mirrors.
